How to enroll for E-bill option

If you are a registered user for Airnex My Account, please log-in and follow the instruction below.

If you are NOT a registered user for Airnex My Account, please register then log-in, and follow the instruction below.

1.

In the account summary page, click on "Edit" button in "Monthly Payment" section.
"Edit Payment Information" window pops up.
2. Change your monthly payment method to either "Credit Card Auto-pay" or "Bank EFT Auto-pay" and fill out neccessary information accordingly. If your paymnet method is already set as Auto-pay, you don't need change the information.
3. Check "E-Bill" option
4. Click on "Submit Changes"
5. Make sure that your changes reflect on the account summary page.
