| How will I know if my Auto Payment service has already been activated?

| We will be contacting you once your Auto Payment service has been activated. We will also send you a confirmation e-mail to inform you of the Auto Payment service activation. This email also includes information on your Airnex email account and password for easier account management and viewing of your bills online. |
| How will I know the amount that will be deducted from my bank or credit card account each month?

| The total amount due posted on your Airnex bill is the amount that will be deducted from your bank or credit card account on the due date. You will receive your e-bill via the email that you have provided on the Auto Payment application form. You can also view your monthly invoices online by logging in on the “
My Account

| What if I change my bank account or credit card number sometime in the future?

To ensure that your payments will be credited on time, please call our customer service hotline once you have changed your bank or credit card account. Please provide us with the name of your new bank or credit card provider as well as your new bank or credit card number, and we'll take care of the all necessary arrangements for your account.
