| A Local Access Number (LAN) is a fast and cheap way of making long distance calls. Since the access number that you dial is local to your area, you are guaranteed to have an additional long distance call saving every time you use it. |
| Why should I use a LAN in making Onzago and Traveling Card calls? |
| Using a Local Access Number in making Onzago and Traveling Card calls allow you to save 1¢ per minute every time you use it. It also assures you of better call quality and faster connection, thus avoiding call connection hassles.

| Why do I have to call my local phone company before using LAN? |
| Some LANs in the list may not be considered local or toll-free by your local phone company. We encourage you to verify the LAN with your local phone company before placing a call, to ensure that no long distance charges are imposed on your usage of the TC and Onzago access numbers. |
| What if there is no available LAN in my area? Can I request for LAN to be activated? |

| How do I make a call using the local access number? |
Simply follow these easy steps when using the local access numbers in making ONZ and TC calls:

For Traveling Card Users:
At the prompt, enter your calling card number followed by the pound (#) key. |

For Onzago Users:
you do not need to enter your pin number, unless requested. |
